I just purchased your Ammortization Table and it is not working. Something is wrong with the formulas. Can you send me one that works please? Thanks in advance.

Dave,
Make use you are entering the loan details correctly> Attached is the working example, you can try and plug in the same values.

To see totals for the year create a new row after each 12th month and use the Sum function for the appropriate columns.
