How can sellers evaluate buyer's financial condition?

A tri-merged credit report is the first thing you will want the renters to provide-or you will need to find a local credit bureau and get the renters permission to access theor credit. You would want to contact their previous landlords to determine if they paid on time and if they took care of the property they rented. You will also want to verify their employment to ensure they will have the ability to pay the rent. Finally it may be necessary in some cases to get personal references-say in cases where borrower has little or no credit.

What if your tri-merged credit report is the worst of your/buyer qualifications, but all others are solid? Does this make me(the buyer) a shoe in?

What would be a qualifiying credit score?

Minimum a score of 550
